Usage & Policies for PTC University Enterprise

Maintenance policy

PTC will maintain and upgrade this system on a scheduled basis. Scheduled maintenance will be planned on weekends from Friday 8pm EST to Sunday 10am EST. During this time the system may be unavailable. There may also be times when we need to perform urgent unplanned system maintenance. We will do our best to notify users whenever unplanned maintenance is required. During maintenance periods, a message will be posted on the main sign in screen.

How to use eLearning activation codes

If you have received an activation code for PTC University Enterprise eLearning, follow the directions below to activate your eLearning. New users will be asked to create an account.

  1. Go to the Sign In page at: PTC University Enterprise
  2. Click: the "Have a code?" link.
  3. Enter your email and code.
  4. Click Submit.

How to access class materials

If you are attending a class with online class materials, please follow the directions below.

  1. Go to the Sign In page at: PTC University Enterprise
  2. Click: the "Have a code?" link.
  3. Enter the code provided by your instructor into the Code field.
  4. Click Submit.

Security statement

When you access our site, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered Users in your organization.

PTC University Enterprise issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. PTC University Enterprise does not use "cookies" to store confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.

In addition, PTC University Enterprise is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
