Ways to Log on

There are several different methods to log on to PTC University Enterprise depending on the type of training you are taking and how your account is set up. This section describes the different scenarios and what you need to do in each.

The PTC University family of products uses single sign-on (SSO) within the application suite. This means that when you log onto PTC University Enterprise, you also have access to Learning Connector and PTCU.com (and vice versa).

There are three different ways to log on to PTC University Enterprise:

Log on with a Password — When you have an existing account in the system, you can log on with a username and password.
Log on with an Activation Code or Learning Package Code— When you need access to a new eLearning library, you can log on with a username and an activation code or learning package code.
Log on with a Class Code — When you are attending an instructor-led class, you can log on using a username and a class code to access your digital class guide.
